Yes, this is to show all of you outside of Utah how crazy the weather is here. 10 minutes after I took this picture it got sunny. Isn't it suppose to be Spring??

2 Months Old

My friend Arlene that I visit teach made these for Elora. sooo cute!

Elora is now 2 months old and on Friday we went to her check up. She is healthy and growing great. She weighs 10 lbs. 8oz. (50th percentile) and is 23 in. (75th percentile). The poor thing had to get 5 shots and an oral vaccine but she did pretty well. It is so good to know that she is growing so well.

SPRING BREAK

Tyler had his Spring Break this past week and we didn't do too much. On Monday, my birthday, we went to the park and we took Tyler's best friend from school Zion and his 2 brothers. They had a blast cause they saw another classmate there and they were all chasing each other. Later that night we went to the Olive Garden for my birthday dinner and my wonderful husband had the servers sing to me, thanks a lot honey. On Tuesday we went shopping at Kohl's and bought some new summer clothes for the boys, I now need them to try things on because they are growing too fast and I can't keep up with sizes. They got pretty bored in the dressing room as I fed Elora for 25 minutes. On Wednesday we went to the Aquarium in Sandy, Utah and the boys had fun. It wasn't a very big aquarium but it was plenty for me. I asked the boys what their favorite part was and they both said getting the crushed penny. I could have saved 20 bucks had I known they would be more excited about the machine that crushes pennies and puts pictures on them. Thursday we went to Costco, the last time I take all 3 kids with me there, and Friday Tyler went with Austin, a friend from school, to the Dinosaur Museum (The Museum of Ancient Life) while me and Degan took Elora to her 2 month doctor visit. My poor Tyler didn't get to do much but he is so sweet he doesn't seem to care. Overall it was a pretty nice vacation.

Random family stuff

She is just so sweet and cute. I can't believe she is 8 weeks tomorrow. Where does the time go?

Degan helping Jon in the yard. He is our little helper for sure. Whether it is helping Jon work on cars or helping me clean toilets, he is right there. Hope he stays like that.

Tyler is completely opposite. He rather play with the new R/C Jeep that he just bought than help in the yard. Pretty fun. Look at the church behind him. It is coming along fairly fast. It has been fun watching it be built right next door.

We just bought Twister and we were all playing. Jon and I were the last ones standing until, OOPS, Jon fell. Yup I won and Tyler was pretty impressed that I won 2x's in a row. I can't believe how hard it is now. It was easier when I was a kid!

The Kids

Elora would sleep on me all day if she could. I probably let her too much but I enjoy how she is so comfortable and fits perfectly on my chest. It also allows me to keep kissing her and smelling her sweet baby smell.

Degan had his first official play date. He always plays when Tyler has friends over but this was the first time while Tyler was in school with a kid his age. He had alot of fun.

Tyler lost another tooth. This is #3 but #1 without the Dentists help. Daddy was thrilled that he could be the one to wiggle it out. Tyler didn't even cry, he was just was so happy to be able to get $ from the Tooth Fairy. It is hard to tell where the tooth was cause he has what the dentist says, "Great Spacing". It was on the bottom left.

Elora is just getting so big. I can't wait to see how much she weighs at her 2 month appt. which is in 2 weeks. She is a sweet baby and I just love giving her loves. Degan always wants me to put her hair down but I just love it all crazy.

All clean. I took this after the boys had their showers and Elora had her bath. The boys always fight over who will hold her first so I had to put her in the middle.
