It's been a while.

I can't believe a month has gone by since I have posted anything. One reason is that I feel like I am always busy with other stuff and another reason is that my computer died. I was so upset because we could either take it in to get all the files extracted for a few hundred $$ or we could just erase everything and start over. We went with option 2 and now I am realizing how much I really lost, ugh!! If anyone sent me pictures for the primary activity....yes, they are gone and I have to ask that you send them again but this time send it to Tami so that I won't lose it. All of my primary files....gone, recipes....gone, everything....gone. Thank goodness a few weeks ago I uploaded all of my pictures to Walgreens.com and I can get a picture CD.

So this is what has been going on since Easter...

1. My 34th Birthday, not too exciting but I did get a nice cake and the air pop popcorn machine that I wanted. Now I can make Heidi's caramel popcorn recipe more often. YUMMY!!

2. We went to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point Gardens. It was nice to walk around and see all the flowers. The boys loved rolling down the hill. Degan kept stopping to smell the flowers, what a cutie. Elora threw her first coin into a wishing fountain and thought it was pretty cool.

3. Spring Break. We didn't do too much. We went to the Planetarium with the Kendell's. The kids had fun walking on the moon and being on "TV".

4. Jon got the stairs done off the deck. Yay!

5. Jon fixed the rock stairs that a guy put in wrong.

6. Elora discovered the outdoors and sprinklers.

7. Ripped out some plants, layed some sod and planted some pretty flowers in the front yard.

No Picture

8. Elora discovered chips and dip.

9. Jon is working on the patio. Flagstone is harder to lay than it looks.

10. Last but not least...shoot, I don't have a #10. I am sure I am forgetting something. Oh yeah, Mother's day. It was nice to remember how lucky I am to be the mom of 3 wonderful children and to have some wonderful moms in my life. After church my mother's day was great. I was able to get a nap (needed for my migraine that I received at church), went to dinner at the in-laws and just relaxed for most of the day.

So that pretty much sums up the last month. I will try to do better with posts, especially for you mom. I should have more time coming up soon. School is out in less than 3 weeks, eek! Actually I am really looking forward to no schedules to keep. Sleeping in here I come.
